Product Description

Product Introduction:

Sintered mesh filter element are made by stacking and vacuum-sintering multiple layers of metal mesh. These filter elements offer excellent corrosion resistance, permeability, strength, ease of cleaning and backwashing, precise filtration accuracy, hygienic and clean filter media, and mesh shedding resistance.

 

Product Features:

1. High Strength: Extremely high mechanical and compressive strength.

2. High Precision: Uniform surface filtration performance for filter sizes from 1 to 200µm.

3. Heat Resistance: Suitable for continuous filtration at temperatures from -200°C to 600°C.

4. Cleanability: Easy to clean due to the surface filtration structure’s excellent backflow cleaning effect.

5. Excellent permeability, high strength, no need for additional support structures, and absolutely no material shedding. They are also highly corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and durable.

Connection Methods:

Main connection methods of sintered mesh filter element include: standard connectors (such as 222, 220, and 226), quick-connect connectors, threaded connectors, flanged connectors, tie rod connectors, and custom connectors.

 

Main Applications:

1. Used as a dispersed cooling material in high-temperature environments;
2. Used as a material for gas distribution and fluidized bed orifice plates;
3. Used as a high-precision, high-reliability, high-temperature filter material;
4. Used as a high-pressure and flushing oil filter;
5. Used for filtration of polyester, oil, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, chemical, and chemical fiber products, as well as water treatment and gas filtration.
