The wedge wire filter, also known as Johnson tube, slot pipe, Twire filter tube, or wedge wire screen pipe, is a precision engineered filtration element. It is manufactured by spirally winding high precision V-shaped wire around axial support rods, with both wires welded together using advanced resistance welding technology.
This unique design of wedge wire filter provides high accuracy, excellent roundness, precise slot control, and superior structural strength. End connections such as flanges, threads, and reinforcement pipes can be added to meet specific customer requirements.
