Introduction

The FM 27/- series Offline Fine Filter is a high-efficiency kidney loop filtration system designed as a direct alternative to the CJC® HDU 27/27 filter unit. models includes FM 27/27, 27/54,  27/81, 27/108

It continuously removes solid particles, varnish, sludge, oxidation products, water, and acidity from hydraulic oil, lubrication oil, turbine oil, gear oil, and industrial fluids.

By maintaining oil cleanliness, the system significantly reduces equipment wear, prevents unexpected failures, and extends both oil and component service life.

Working Principle

The integrated gear pump draws contaminated oil from the reservoir's lowest point and forces it through the filter insert.

During filtration:

  1. Solid particles are captured.

  2. Water is absorbed.

  3. Varnish and oxidation products are retained.

  4. Clean oil returns to the reservoir.

The pressure gauge continuously monitors filter differential pressure and indicates when filter replacement is required.
