cellulose depth filter element
Introduction
The CJC alternative cellulose filter element is a high-efficiency depth-type filtration solution designed to fully replace original CJC filter inserts used in fine filtration systems such as the HDU series.
The filter media is made of moulded cellulose using high-purity wood pulp imported from North America, ensuring low impurity content, excellent fiber structure, and stable filtration performance.
With its unique bonded disc design, the filter provides a large effective filtration area and exceptionally high dirt holding capacity (DHC), resulting in extended service life and reduced operating costs.
Our filter elements are widely used across industries and are proven to be a reliable and cost-effective alternative to original CJC® filters.

Maintenance Recommendations
To maintain optimal filtration performance:
Replace filter elements at least once per year
Replace earlier if pressure drop reaches 1.8 bar
Do not extend service life beyond recommended period
Accumulated contaminants such as oxidation products, acids, and varnish will reduce filtration efficiency over time.
Regular replacement ensures stable system performance and prevents equipment damage.
Applications
The filter elements can applied for oil types including Hydraulic oil, Gear oil, Lubricating oil, Engine oil, Turbine oil, Honing oil, Rolling oil, etc. Industry applications usually include as following:
Metallurgy
Hydraulic systems of rolling mills and continuous casting machines
Petrochemical Industry
Oil refining, chemical processing, and fluid purification systems
Power Generation
