Product Introduction
The High-Temperature Resistant dust collector filter is a precision-engineered filtration element made from stainless steel such as 304, 304L, 316, and 316L through advanced welding processes. It is high-temperature and high-pressure resistant. Its max working temperature can reach as high as 800°C. Materials can also include stainless steel woven mesh, perforated mesh, welded mesh, copper mesh, and aluminum mesh. Custom designs are available in cone, wedge, basket, V-shape, and cylindrical structures.
Unlike traditional non-metal filter bags that require cooling of hot gases, this dust collector filter can directly filter high-temperature gases. This simplifies the process, improves system reliability, and significantly enhances efficiency.
FiltraMate stainless steel dust collector filter are manufactured with stainless steel fiber sintered felt, FeCrAl fiber sintered felt, or stainless steel sintered mesh. They feature high porosity, strong dirt-holding capacity, and excellent mechanical strength. Filtration accuracy ranges from 3μm to 200μm with up to 99.99% efficiency. Emission concentration can be controlled to ≤10mg/m³, and continuous stable operation is possible in environments from 250°C to 800°C.
