Function

Air Filter Maintenance and Care
1. It’s best to maintain the air filter weekly. Unscrew the gland nut, remove the air filter element, and use 0.2-0.4 MPa compressed air to blow dust particles from the filter’s inner cavity. Wipe any dirt from the inner wall of the air filter housing with a clean cloth and reinstall the air filter element. Ensure the seal at the front of the air filter element fits tightly against the inner end face of the air filter housing. Heavy-duty air filters can be opened directly from the housing and maintained in the same manner.
2. Under normal circumstances, the air filter should be replaced every 1500-2000 hours. In particularly harsh environments, such as mines and ceramic and cotton mills, it is recommended to replace the air filter element every 500 hours.
3. When cleaning and replacing the air filter, be sure to check each component individually to prevent foreign matter from entering the intake valve. 4. Regularly check whether the air intake telescopic tube is damaged or flattened; check whether the connection between the telescopic tube and the air filter intake valve is loose or leaking. If any leakage is found, it needs to be repaired and replaced in time.
