Product Overview
The activated carbon filter cartridge is a high-efficiency filtration element designed for both adsorption and purification. It is manufactured by mixing activated carbon particles with adhesive, sintering them at high temperature, and shaping into a tubular filter element.
With its excellent adsorption capacity, it effectively removes particulates, rust, residual chlorine, odors, colors, and organic compounds from water and other liquids. The filter combines depth filtration and purification to ensure clean, safe, and high-quality output.
A polypropylene (PP) core enhances pressure resistance, while layers of superfine PP fiber felt block particles larger than 10–20 μm. Soft NBR rubber end caps provide an extraordinary sealing effect, preventing leakage and secondary pollution.
